Post gear adjustments for pvp
wel due to the advantage complainments i hear, maybe gear can expand pvp ranges? the better the gear the more expandmend, and if your shot you can shoot back.

a gnt would expand them the alot while a deimos only a little, maybe it will help egainst the uber alts created, those supleid with all the uber gear they need

I believe the reason for not having PvP on emp runs be 100% is that a team like pants could, in theory, go around and wipe every single base in the entire gal if there was no lvl protection. Remember it goes both ways.

basically what your proposing is bullshit, all my basebuilders can kill what they need to level and can equip all the gear on the bases that they build, what your saying is that all my basebuilders are for pvp, 100 levels higher, that is fucking bullshit for andaman and ambro bases and level 400-200

i know that base in Umbilical thats tech 18 level 180 something is broken but what your proposing is even more broken

I think thats more of a Problem with Base Building.

There should be level restrictions with what level of Station Management you can get; just like piloting has it's restrcitions now.

For example:
Station Managment 9 would require level 100.
10-12 would require level 200
13-16 level 300
17-18 level 400
19-20 level 500

Erm isnt lvl100 abit much for a tech9 base(being the lowest tech base nearly every1 builds)

U can prob get all the skills u need to equip a tech9 by lvl50

and i think at lvl 50 they kill adonis bases, and no way at lvl 100, lvl and then be able to build argo? no way, 300 ambro, dt's can kill em unauged and when solo, achilies at 400, dunno, at 500 anhialtor i dont now

Adonis at level 9 means no adonis base is allowed to live more than a day....

Ambro at level 300 looks the same, I have already posted several times that at level 200 it is possible to have a ambro base, equip everything on it, and still be able to level (with mastery 14 and CA 14). So the level for ambro WITH mastery should be around 200 not 300

And until the ppl who got P20 before the level limitation can no longer fly them until they are level 500, whatever the formula, bases will be either invicible from a normal player's point of view, or piece of cake from the P20 owner point of view. And the player owning the bases cannot helkp the base in his non P20 ship.
