I noticed that after my diffuser update, AI's shoot me even with Adum's blocker. Has anyone noticed any problems with the latest diffuser change regarding the behavior of AI's and who they target?

I havent noticed anything...

Only problem I've noticed with diffusers is that voilitile diffusers seem to have a 90% chance of failure. Unless this has been fixed recently they blow with pretty much any hit you take.

I tried the volitiles a little bit and they seemed OK. Maybe you were just unlucky?

Guess so if they worked for you. Just seemed a little unlikely that two seraphs would blow 10 diffusers in less then 10 seconds....

i use vol diffusers nearly all the time i go level, all 5 blow within the first 2 minutes of a battle

once 5 all blew before i could even shoot

I triued equipping 3 laser volatiles when going up against a omeaga platform in my reaver (failed miserably) but it still shot its wtfubang 6 lasers at me

and not the torps, weird

maybe its that the 1st one blows and the others all have the same number in the seed so that they all blow consecutivly.

Thats what seemed to happen when I used them last.

Yeah... I equipped them when passing by Grim Reaver... It took a couple shots for the first one, then blew every single shot following that one, for 6 shots... Think maybe something might be wrong...

Possibly this has something to do weith why the deflector drones are attackign each other cosntantl;y.

Voilitiles is a bit unpredictable. I remember Hellfrost had one that lasted a week in the noobydays

I've also noticed this with diffusers. If one blows I lose 5 to 10 more within minutes, but if they ain't blowing at the moment than sometimes I go an hour or more without losing one. Not exactly sure why this is.

Yes that is what happens to me too once one goes they seem to blow on consecutive shots
