Currently for testing on the test server:
- took off 1 or 2 aug slots on Forgones, Picks, and BG's to make them easier - reduced the speed on most augs giving speed back to near what it used to be - fixed three bugs that cause torpedo's to sometimes miss when the server is running slowly from a big universe (they should always hit now) - some slight adjustments to some of the hull weights to fit in with the new balancing system I'm working on - some slight bonuses to some of the tech 0-2 ships Please, a couple people with those insane Battle Thatches try and test out the new projectile code for me because I did make quite a few changes to get everything working correctly (as far as I can tell.) _________________ For support, please create a support ticket here and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Nice work on new adding jeff, from what ive tested it all works fine
- Torps fired a volley of around 30 and 1 missed due to a slight bit of lag on my side. - New stats to tech 0-2 ships looks good and seems to work well. - Hull weights seems to be working fine, although didnt spend alot of time looking at that. The rest i havnt yet had time to test, when i get round to ill tell u whats what |

wow the torps really hit now!
killed about 10 zebus with tt+ without even missing once didn't find one of those tiny termites though to test it i hope that will also work on the real server since there is usually more lag than on the test one. _________________ If only closed minds would come with a closed mouth.. |

jeff plz make it so that in test we are able to get anything from a certain shop i would love to test out some certain setups on some ships but i dont have the cash to get all the augs and gear, its teas server we should be able to test things like that with no cost, maybe after you have reached a certain lvl your allowed to dock at this base and buy everything for like 1 cred

Test server is for testing new content and features, not for players to try out different setups so they will know what to use on the live server.

how about just having a base that sells all gear. augs you have to get on your own.

simply wonderful jeff, thank you so much for this, i hope that we can see many more threads like this and more chances for us to test things before they are added. two thumbs up!
although these changes are all really good ones and barely need any test, please implement them asap! _________________ "I reject your reality, and substitute my own." "If I were an enzyme, I'd be DNA Helicase so I could unzip your genes." |

Well, weps 20 to test out the TT would be nice, testing out the torp2 doesn't show if torpws hit better now.. _________________ "You can sit and bitch, and moan, and cry and complain. Wow, why do you always bring that up, it's not a big deal. Besides, if they reduced the size, the graphic would look uber crappy. No reason to ask them to fix something that's not a problem. Good job on the changes. Calypso _________________ "My name isn't Slick. It's Zoidberg! John f***ing Zoidberg!" Some people want to love their god. Others want to "love" their god.
