LYCEUM GUARDIAN
You can no longer deploy drones in Lyceum. The Lyceum Guardian shoots so slowly that it was a serious problem when people used mobile pest drones to evade all damage. This is a temporary change until a more permanent fix can be implemented. This is effective immediately.


NEW ARMADA DRONE
I've added a new drone in the Armada Drone set. It is rarer even than the Inferno drone but it should prove to be very useful for DMs. As I see it in action in a live situation I'll know more as to if it needs strengthened or weakened. Expect that there will be changes made to it as I can only test it so much on my own. These drones should be in for the next update, which will most likely be the uni reset.

I also made a few small changes to the other armada drones. The elec cost and visibility on ambush drones have both been lowered. The shield bank on ambush drones are also about 10% lower. Then have slightly more energy bank, and now have 0 energy regeneration. Once they are out of elec, they will start losing shields very fast. The tracking on the normal armada drones was decreased back down to normal levels. With the changes to tracking code it no longer needs the 25% bonus it was getting. Armada inferno drones now have the lion scratch as well to give it a beam weapon.


MICRON UPDATE
Atlum is very busy lately and has had trouble finding the time to work on Micron. Though he was the lead designer, I'm going to put in some extra hours and attempt to get it finished for the uni reset. Wish me luck!

Do you really think it is normal for someone to kill the guardian without ever getting hit? Its a borderline exploit due to his having such low rof and obviously not how he should be killed.

Good changes all around, nothing but praise from me.

And totally unrealistic.

PERHAPS he saw ya'll sit there and spam mobile pest drones as I saw phil do, hell ya'll are lucky that he didn't make the bases in lyceum owned by team lyceum as the guardian is (only problem would be that it would take until you lose aggro to finish the mission).

Oh, and nice work Jack, your my new favorite admin, just don't make wierd ass pvp rules like voomy (no offense voomy)

i also dont see the differences between using whats in game to 'borderling exploit' and using ingame flaw to exploit.

hmm, no the setup on the BT is what took weeks....
