Sorry for the lack of weekly updates. I was on vacation and then was so busy with the new skill stuff I forgot to do them.

Some stuff that I have been working on recently:

I made some upgrades to the Space Blue Gamma, giving that ship a nice built in fighter bay and made the spawned Gamma's start with some Space Blue Fighters to help fight.

I made a new laser type that will splash, doing half damage to all attackable targets that you or your team hates within a certain splash radius. Look for one of these to appear on the Guardian of the Lyceum soon and also some other ubers. A line of these will probably go in as DG loot, plus bp's for a base version.

I've tripled the stats on the transference mastery skill.

I've made all the new focus', classes, and subskills and am partially done implementing them. I added in the ability for multiple skills with increasing costs to be part of pools, so that the class and focus can be in one pool and the sub-skills can be in another. Possibly we will also move the control and resist skills into a pool system rather than a mutually restrictive system.

I added a new augmenter stat that does resistance to all as part of one of the berserkers new skills and made a line of common augmenters that use that stat, with the same percent amount as the common damage augs currently have. AI's will spawn with these new augs starting with the next patch.

I'm still working on implementing the rest of the new skills so we can get something up and running on the test server. I still need to add the aug reset missions

ETA on the skills on test2 and liquid?

cant wait for the new laser bp for bases to be available.

and i agree with goz about test, it needs to be reloaded. this acc is expired on it, so are some other players who i know who are back.

Fun, fun. *Envisions lots of bases with splash lasers* PvB just got harder. Now the monkeys don't just have to worry about the guy with agro.

I'd be worried about that resist aug, uber AIs with multiples of them stacked, possibly with extra shielding/regen augs as well, could get extremely ugly.

i have some gammas ive capped from afew unis ago, im wondering if they will have the fighter bays added or will i have to cap new ones?

Also the laser thing looks great

come to think fo it, thoes resists augs will be ubah

less damage taken instead of more sheild regen/bank, which is more elec power

I think the resist augs should come with some sort of a negative shield / shield regen implication.

not really...

If you have uber shield banks and high resists you are a healers wet dream.

If you have fuck all shields and high resists, then a healer has to get to you early or your small banks will get depleted...

High resists + high Shield Banks and regen = broken.

High resists + extremely low shield banks = balanced.
