Post Slave and other improvements on Test
Now on test are several slave improvements.

Wild slave bonuses from RadX kick in right away on newly capped slaves and you don't have to get them affected by an aura to get your bonuses.

You can give orders to combat slaves ("warp" and "dock and deactivate").

"Follow Orders" only appears in a slaves list of options if you've already set orders.

Slaves that use fueled energies will report their remaining fuel amount in their status report.

"Attack My Target" is no longer affected by attacks from your drones or bases.

Transferring stations will only work if the station is exactly at 100% shields so you can't transfer it during an attack.

Fueled energies will now give you 1/4 regen if you've run out of fuel and full constant tweaks. (Before, if you were out of fuel, you wouldn't get any energy tweaks, even if it was a constant bonus.)

And courtesy of HAL, you can now tell a mining slave exactly what base to drop his stuff in.

Please check this stuff out for us and let us know if there are any problems.

Has anyone tested any of this out for us on the test server? If so, I can patch it in with the new Capital Ship BP's tonight.

the elec regen on fire otg is fine with no fuel

can get oin noiw, if ur on we can test like madmen!

Sooooo, everyone that has been feverishly searching DGs and killing hordes of the green battleships, looking for those BPs, were just wasting their time? lmao, glad I wasn't good enough to take those guys on. Are the cap ships gonna be as impossible to build as the lasers, though, or will it be like any T20 ship?
