Post subject:  Emp bio/bio, Rumble galaxies and Ubers

Changed the number of termite spawns in Emp bio and Bio.

Changed the AIs in all the Rumble galaxies so they wont run away so much.

Bart, Midas, Marco and Sputty will no longer go into buildable galaxies.

When we were doing Lion King, it seemed like he started running away when he was low, but we had cool tractors with us so his attempt failed.

How will that work with ubers like baron and princess? They dont exactly have a base to run to.... and both can be increadably stealthy when they dont shoot.

and if they run and ppl chase them, GSA's will spawn....

if you kite them and your going away form the center they will turn around anyway

if you kiting towards the center and they run, that is weird
