Setting a cap on teams is a good idea. It would balance out the "uber-team"-VS-"noober-team" sheets when it comes to team scoring for Emp runs, thus making it easier for smaller teams to jump in and say, "Whee, I can run for Emp and get pwned by (insert uber-team name here)!"

All-in-all, yay for smaller teams!

I agree that limitations on team size would be good for the game, but such an act should only be implemented after Friends lists, chatrooms, and the ability to subscribe to a chatroom (automatically logs you into it when you log in on that character). The reason why is that many teams use Team chat as a small-community version of All chat most of the time -- making the changes now simply reduces the ability of players to communicate with each other in groups. This may, thus, result in some players quitting due to boredom: people do play MMOs to socialize after all.

Jeff mentioned adding more stuff to DG drops.

I am not absolutely certain how they work but can I suggest that DGs be more customized.

Have a small range of drops with each boss.

Currently if you want a particular item, say a std condensor, you have to wade through heaps of unwanted drops. The more things are added the harder it is to get a particular drop
