It should be Star Chat, not StarChat imo. I voted for ECN last time but SSC is probably what it will be called by most people anyway so I'll vote for that this time. Simplest name and no way to misunderstand what it is. |

I agree with Voomy, no matter what name is chosen, everyone will call it Star Sonata Chat, or SS Chat, or something similar, I see no point in giving it an odd name, it will just cause confusion. |

Because its a different yet memorable name. I actually highly doubt people will call it the SS Chat client or External Chat after the first few days to maybe 2 weeks. It is much more likely users will use a name that can be easily remembered by originality and simplicity in abbreviating. For this reason I selected ECN. |

if we're gunna stick with the musical theme, shouldn't it be like, Star Sonatina, Star Toccata, Star Minuet...maybe Star Symphony if you want to go for a large piece. oh or Star Concerto, Star Concertina. |

When I checked earlier ECN was losing by a fair margin with starchat and SSC tied for the lead |

I voted ECN again... its original. We are all Terrans in Starsonata and we will be using it so it makes sense that the Earthforce developed it to assist with secure communications when battling the Iq Bana and UZ invasion. |
