Post Re: Change: Equipping items to bases (updated)
This sucks big time so close to a reset.

If youhave an StM character who does not have w20 you cannot eaquip the anni weapons and if he also lacks IK20 the anni superlaser cannot be used.

This is totally UNFAIR to announce it so close to a reset when you cannot just up and get w20 or IK20.

We need more warning for this sort of change.

Remember when they'd reset the uni without warning on forums?

Seems a little complicated...

To equip an imaginary T20 shield that takes Station Mastery and Mzungu Lore 20 but your base builder has EE and Bule Mythology 20 you need

Shielding 20 on owner

Shielding 20 on equipper
Station Mastery 20 on equipper
Mzungo Lore 20 on equipper

Am I right? Only difference here is that base owner needs shielding 20.

Please sell the game to someone with half a brain, you are without doubt, they most idiotic and ennoying people i've ever known in my entire life. I hate you all with a passion. You enjoy pissing off the playerbase n i hope you die horribly. Please sell the game to someone decent and never come back, i wouldn't trust you with a pebble, you are terrible, terrible admins and the worst i have ever known and probably will ever know.

Why change this one day before the reset? I agree it shoudl be like this but CAN YOU NOT THINK ABOUT IT? FOR ONE SECOND, THAT YOU MIGHT ACCUALLY FUCK SOMEONE OVER? I totally agree that this should be put in, but not one day before the reset, give us some fucking time to prepare for fuck sake.

ok you all misread like me then

Listen up

Retardis Still work as long as you equpit them with a STM char

The Ancient/ Extractors are the same way

THE ONLY DIFFRENCE is

Say you want to equpit a Ada Super laser on a base owned by your char that doesn't have w20 , IT WONT WORK, The Char needs w20+IK20, ONLY THE BASIC SKILLS ARE AFFECTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We haven't really misread, they've just edited the initial post, which wasn't so clear and first, and said nothing about staion extensors and items that require ruin skills.

the post was changed after i made this ppost, its much clearer now

Delay this patch,
Seriously 2 days before the uni reset is a way to close announcement.

Now who do you think we'll most likely listen too? Outcast.. stop being so damn aggressive. I do agree with you guys that it should probably be held off 1 uni so that ppl can prepare. This is not just a matter of different strategy, you have to gather all the skills you need. I'll talk to jon later to get his take.

pip the amount of times i've said pleases and been polite to the admins and asked and suggested reasonably s unreal. Nothing gets heard, they go along with it anyway, its complete and utter bullshit. N its got to the point were i just have to explode in anger. I'm only telling it how it is, every person i've asked today has ssaid they wished Jeff sold teh game to someone else, cause they are all no brained idiots. Do they not have ANY common sense?

i agree. there is a fable where an ass(donkey) asked Zeus for a new master(set of admins). Zeus gave him a worse master each time he asked, until the ass stopped asking.

How do you mean Voom? I didn't think it would be very complicated that introducing this a day before the new uni wouldn't be such a great idea, am i not right? I'm sick to teh back teeth of admins changing shit when there is no need to, introducing things that arn't needed, and not eve giving notice that they are going to do so. This is beyond ridiculous. I TOTALLY agree with Jon on his point, but why oh why oh why oh WHY? Is there any need to do so one day before the reset? There is absolutely no need other than to ennoy and fuck over some paying players. Telling us now then introducing it the new uni after teh new one coming would seem like common sense to me, is it not Voom?

Can't we delay this change 2 weeks or so? That would give everyone enough time to build bases with the old system and to skill alts.
