Class overloaders ARE stable overloaders.
well, the ones that actually say "Stable" are good atm, but the class ones for the most part dont fit or barely fit the bill.
seers wont use theirs because if the increase in vis counteracts the bonuses given by the OLs.
FCs are in great short supply of theirs due to FCs use at least 2 slaves, and therefore need 3+ of them.
Zerker OLs need a slight beef because the SD one is better, and there are 2 T10 zerker OLs compared to the one of every other class.
