 Ticket system crashThis morning the server had a little problem and we were forced to reboot it.
As an unfortunate result the ticket system was lost. The system is now up and running again, but if you had any unresolved ticket awaiting admin reply, please create a new ticket, so that we may help you. We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, and Jey is working on making sure this does not happen again. _________________ For support please create a support ticket at http://www.starsonata.com/support P.S. Re: Ticket system crash Yes, of course we normally run backup of these things. I wont go into the technical aspects of it, but Jey needed to setup some stuff first, and we didnt expect that the server crash would bring down the ticket system.
