Also, to make this system better, you could make a stickied topic which has all previously asked questions with their respective answers so that people don't keep asking the same question over and over.

Nope. Just wanted you guys to make a bunch of questions so I could make a pretty list... j/k, they should be up with tomorrow's Dev Update, after the meeting.
