Love the webchat, great work on it. Is it possible, though, to put it in other places? Possibly the old wiki, TLA? My school, and probably many others, have the main SS website blocked. I used to go on TLA and edit stuff during study halls, but now it is just a refuge for spambots. Would be nice for it to have a purpose again. I don't just mean a link, I mean a copy of whatever the chat is, so it can be used without the SS website being involved. |

You could always make yourself a proxy for it or if anyone volunteers to host it I don't see a reason for me not to give them the swf file. |

Update of webchat: # Logoff button # Sound when receive PM in unfocused tab # Different text sizes for the chats. # Make all links click-able # /me support # Added option to use only esc to close tabs if you don't like the close icon The text size changes only seems to effect the last message in each tab and the messages after that. However, it is saved between sessions so if you set it once and don't change it you won't notice. I have a thread on flex forums asking for a fix: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2026406 pip |

well, i guess i could host it if its not blocked at your school. ill wait for pip to slow down in the updates first tho XD. just try ef-team.com at your school. if it work, i could host it on that server as a free service. P.S. my server is currently down, doing some upgrades. |

Not part of the chat itself, but related to it: Could you have some way to tell, when looking in team roster, if the person is on the chat client? Currently it shows them as online whether they are logged into the game itself, or just the chat. Somewhat annoying when you are trying to estimate manpower for a run, or just waiting for someone to log on. |

Joking aside, we'll have this eventually, but it would require both client and server changes, so it will probably wait til C2. EDIT: Just fixed a small bug too if you want to update again (refresh/clear cache) |

Updated again (refresh /clear cache to update). # Made it so clicking a tab will automatically go to the input box # Separated the trade chat input history for easier trading # Added a timestamp option to the options menu, providing timestamps for every line # Made it so the last received message only updates on messages that you didn't send. # Made it so the automatic focusing of the input box doesn't happen too soon when copy/pasting, etc. EDIT: Fixed a bug with links that was introduced in this version. May have to refresh again. |

I got killed earlier, and then logged off as a spirit, in a different galaxy to my ship. I came on the webchat "Decay of Conclusion Icicle" surely that shouldn't be there as we aren't techinically in-game? |

Can we somehow server side put a check for duplicate messages? Maybe a duplicate message delay of 30 seconds. I have at least 2 idiots in my team who though usually useful, find it fun to lag bomb the Team channel with the Webchat and chat client. |

Names such as ovo's cause the name and message to disappear shortly after the message appears. All you see is "( ". |
