Well, even without altering the base cap, adding more solar systems per gal would be useful because the average quality of the planet that your bases are on would likely be higher, since there's more to choose from.

But as it is you can have plenty of tier2 commods unbuilt on, due to the sheer amount of commods in the gal +a couple of defense bases... maybe a cap on number of stm bases + kanga's idea. since ppl seem worried about that and noone mentioned it...

I noticed that 1 hydro would no longer support 299 workers, it seems to be closer to 270 now. Can you confirm that this tweak could cause this? I am concerned that if hydros are affected, extraction rates of other commods would also be affected.

the bigger the system the harder to defend. this uni, 70% of the good ruins and planets are in perilous space. why does it have to have anything there?

If you make gals with more 'solar systems', it would be cool if each one was like 20k-30k away from one another. Would make for some interesting strategies, and make highway drones useful

I personnaly own 3 Galaxies ind it's almost if i can get most form 2 of em.
That's with 2 accounts and 3 SM20 chars per account... Me says beef base slots Actually i even helped a guy from team get SM16 and even with his 8 ExE bases i still can't. |

We "used" to get full slots from every character on the account, it wasn't a diminishing returns thing. I've always felt that we should have the base slots returned at some date, especially since we moved from the old server to a much more advanced one. But I kind of doubt that we'll get full slots back. |

If there will be a massive increase in server capability I don't see why we shouldn't get them back.

the buildable space is just growing bigger and bigger, while the slots are getting removed. it would be a good move if there would be more and more players coming to play, but at this moment its simply not enough.
