Post The art of ... augs
Some of these augs are completely unused it seems...Is anyone actually using art of gunnery and/or art of fast killing?

Any suggestions on how to make them useful?

Very few people use gunner mastery and NO1 uses SD mast... take that into consideration first :-P. ill be back with thoughts on how to make em useful

The art of ... augs are all varients of the mastery augs right?

Well speed demon mastery is useless to the average SD, I can't think of any of them that would remotely want to use one (so many other augs add much better stats).

So I can't see art of fast killing being much better for a SD.

My Art Of Destruction is very sexy though thanks <3

I've said it before Art of Gunner is useless vvithout at least the same elec tempering as gunner mast, that single stat is vvhat makes the aug usefull.

I don't know stats on FC art, but I do know FC mastery is useless in capital ships. Since the bank bonuses don't multiply with the massive inbuilt ones, the gains are barely even noticable.

I agree. The FC Mast and the art of FC should BOTH give fighter stat boosts and slave boosts in similar ways to the drone ops augs. Because their boosts to the main ship are so miniscule its pointless.

Art of Speed Killing: Shield +20%, Energy +10%, Speed +10%, Damage +20%, Energy Charge +30%, Visibility +20%, Rate of Fire +10%

If it had Shield +40% and Range +15%, I would consider using it over an Alby. I wouldn't mind losing some of the Energy and Speed if this change were made. It would basically be a nerfed Alby aug with no Tracking but additional bonuses to Speed, Damage, and Energy.

I don't know if you're open to suggestions regarding SD Mastery as well, but it's much worse even than the Art of Speed Killing. It might be more useful if you gave it Hull Space +10% and replaced the Energy Recharge +20% by Electric Tempering -15%. I'd maybe use it over a Sup Combi then.

I would suggest a radar boost be added to art of sharpshooting. A good sharpshooter can see his target.

The shields stat on the AO Speed Killing is the reason I use a CAP instead.

Can't say I switch if it were changed, but I'd certainly consider it in future setups.

Change the Art of Speed Killing into an improved sup combi better then a speedy or spacey sup and it will make its way into every SD setup make the cost reasonable at 20-30b per tho.
