Post subject:  First batch of Specials

I've finished up a first batch of special devices built into hulls and playing around with them a little bit.

So far I have somewhat finalized:

Zebucart - Shield Salvation Device
Phunka.dll, Helga - IonCannon Device (shoots 5 ioncannon shots)
Volcom - Ion Salvation Device
Wingships - a line of envelopment generators
Roswell, Rosbust, et al - a line of devices that deploy small mobile drones
Saudara - Afterburner Device (shoots 10 Radish Torches)
Bulk Trader - Freighter Defense (shoots 3 Really Big Laser's and then does an envelopment)
Poseidon Wave - Tsunami Device (3 tsunami's of increasing damage and size for a total of 7k damage scaled with distance and a no thrust debuff.)

Note: Damage from secondary devices are not modified by your augs or skills and can't gain on net from your total tweaks. Negative tweaks will affect them, but simultaneous positive tweaks can counteract negative tweaks.

I also made it so you don't have to have skill in DD to use a secondary device that deploys a drone, so new players in Nexus who get a Roswell can deploy the built in drone without having to get DD first.

There's also a new command called /outfithull which will check the current items on your ship, and if you are missing anything that's supposed to come built in, then those missing items will automatically get spawned and equipped.

Slaves won't use them on their own, but you can open your slaves inventory and trigger them yourself.

Are these available to test? I peeked on the test client, but only the zebu one was supposed to be there, and it didn't even seem to actually exist.

I think it's cool, but I don't want SS becoming too much like 'combos'. That's what separates it from the rest of the games.

I found a problem...the super phunka doesn't have an ion cannon device. Fix pl0x?

Also, bulks dont seem to have their devices. the lowest tech roswell drones seem to fire really fast, but they run out of elec extremely quickly, i dont think they even have the 600 elec that it takes to launch one.

Can we have the XML for a bunch of stuff so Cygnus can't try making up fake stats again?

Jeff is it possible that u make Test server a really fun zone where people get the taste of being admins? XD I mean its Test after all right? cant u put in command codes so we're ale to spawn AIs and our own ships? but ofc u still need to get your own skills and such, and also can u make it we get heaps of augs to put on our ship like admins do?? :D it would be awesome so ya :)
