I don't see anything from now on. Those images destroyed my mind, I've scratched out my own eyes.

A little thing i noticed: The engine trails seem to disappear quite evenly. Is this intentional? The effect looks awesome, but it also sorta makes me thing you're dragging a cool-looking ribbon behind your ship. Maybe randomize the disappearance somehow? Or would that take too much computing? (hardly an expert on this subject)

I agree that it does tend to look a bit like a ribbon. Better than nothing, but maybe it should be used sparingly?

I'd much rather see engine details be not so intense, more whispy, lighter, and fade more rather than just... stop
