When you team gain's a level, you get 1 skill point to allocate towards skills. Most of these have their effects temporarily disabled, but you can start training these right off the bat and even start recruiting more members. Re: 16th Feb Patch Discussion thread yea its a known bug and will be fixed by monday. I just dont want to push a new patch so close to reset, for something that is not that major (its annoying yes but it wont prevent you to play the reset much if at all).
