------------------------------------- Also yay Tithe fixes. Might actually see use now  .------------------------------------- PvP stuff: What areas are going to be what PvP levels? It's super annoying currently to randomly hit no PvP zones, like Lyceum or Staff Quarters. Hmm. No PvP in Earthforce DGs seems odd. But ok. ------------------------------------- I do like removing CG layer, just seemed complex and unneeded. Is building in w0 and w1 for anyone?
