now about armada charges..... and other drones with similar problems. i personally am glad we got less lagg from that danmed deathblossom. however more important things are problematic at this moment. unless a fix has been made in this patch coming up which would be nice to know "PATCH NOTES!" thank you

the drones is a small thing and is on my list for today alongside a bunch of other polishing details for the patch.
I merely done the optimisation because i needed to something i like after spending so much time tracking that stupidly annoying skin bug ! And it just so happen that there are very few things in life that make me smile more than optimizing code for a machine I can access! this type of lag work on high RoF/burst damage time drones. . . like armada inferno on very high RoF it causes lag.. . and chidz too. . . also armada ambush drone. . . and other else. can those things get the same fix?

well, the optimisation here are pretty generic, they will affect a lot more than just deathblossom.
Anything with glowmap / bright pass being added on screen will be faster and anything causing quick object destruction (high rof mean high death rate as well) will also see an improvement. None of the code i optimised here is deathblossom only, deathblossom was just a very easy way for me to reach an extreme/critical stage on my main test machine so that i could properly profile and fix it. _________________ One of the first and proud flight controller. Thank you for posting a technical explanation Jey. I really enjoy getting a deeper understanding as to how and why something was done, and the thought process that lead the troubleshooter to the solution they chose.
