I have updated the shields page (http://wiki2.starsonata.com/index.php/Shields), the reasons I believe why some shield statistics did not update is because of either they were spelled correctly originally on the wiki page, because I manually set it back to what it was before, or that I could not find which XML file some shields were in (such as some of the Vazaha shields, if I am able to find them I will update the shields page on the wiki again). Along with the ship shields being updated, the base shields have been updated to their new values following the base rebalance recently. The contents of the source/price column and comments column are unchanged except for where it said "August 18 2010 stats" at some places in the base shield section.

I notice that Qa'Uka wasn't beefed at all during the rebalance. Maybe now would be a good time to make it competitive and give the bana queen some inbuilt stat nerfs/a new shield?

I think im most upset that the ambro y is competitive stats wise with ada bank...

especially when it stacks with ada bank at the same time

Adonis Y is pretty good too .

You can only use Ada Prot on T20 kits and you can only use Ambro Y on T14 kits so the two aren't even comparable.

The nonsensicality of that scheme is such that my main point remains. It is illogical to compare those two items.

I am comparing them by the straight stats alone that it would be pointless to use an ada bank when the ambro Y, which isn't even the end of the tier of upgrades, has the same regen (which is the important part unless you are a t20 shm 4 years ago)

wait so you're saying that comparing those two items is similar in comparing the two base energies he stated? isn't the TAF 200 or so more regeneration? don't these two items have class locking of some sort?


and isn't regeneration more important overall for bases?
