Well I hope colony suits don't take effect straight away (from aliens) or there be almost no colonies next uni.

If I had to say regarding the release of the game on Steam, consider this: An entire thread has been dedicated to point out all the current issues with the game. As of yet, the list is constantly growing.

There aren't nearly enough devs dedicated to fixing the issues. Much of the current devs are spending their time developing new content.

Bearing those in mind, it's still several years before we could see a successful release of the game to anything like Steam.

I disagree, complete garbage gets greenlit and released on steam all the time...glitchy broken trash...this game is more complex and therefore has more issues, I don't think it is the game itself that is preventing the release, it sounds more like some administrative issues need to be hashed out first, imo

I don't think several years... But months yeah... But still I don't understand why they said it'd be released this uni. I mean don't say you're going to do something if you're not.

It's good to have plans and ambitions, no? And it's nice our dev team include the playerbase in some of those plans and ambitions, no?

Let's leave that discussion out of this topic (start a thread somewhere appropriate), and focus on cheering or cursing over our empty/full schedules, make threats to other teams and plan what you'll spam all chat with prior to the collapse of the universe, like any other day we learn the universe will end.

We will have a beta version of the client with Steam integration for limited testing some time shortly after the next full server patch.
