Do these changes only apply to peril peril or game wide? If it is game wide, are you going to change the loot tables for lower df dg's to promote more use of them, and get rid of items that drop that nobody would ever use? Dropping items that ppl cannot use yet encourages them to keep playing, rather than getting stuff they will only ever give to their alts.

That is the name I use for the project. Since these galaxies just will be an extension of the current Perilous Space, they will also inherit the same layer name. But any galaxy above Danger Factor 400 will be a lot harder than the rest of Perilous Space, as these galaxies have their own unique spawners that have an insane increased difficulty level :)

This only applies to Perilous Perilous Space. Completely rewriting and redoing all dungeon drop tables in the game is a major project that I don't have time to work on right now, however I did implement the Junkyard Scrappable option for those. I know that existing dungeons are outdated, which is why I didn't want existing drop tables to interfere with the dungeons in Perilous Perilous Space, but actually going back and redoing existing drop tables will have to be reserved for its own project :)

looks like its time to comeback in game. xD

this last uni DF was not enough for leveling, there was no df 400+

and now you are giving 400-500 df levels! :3

Have you considered expanding environmental hazards? As in, suns or other objects (invisible black holes, etc...) that hamper player ships, but not AI. I feel like this could also make any potential PVP in these areas more interesting, in addition to more perilousness.

Please add areas where players will want to go that are dangerous depending on the type of class you are.

Some of that might require code change, and so I probably won't be able to make that happen this first universe :) However, new sun types that do a lot of damage should be possible, but it is a bit too close to the universe reset to guarantee for such a thing to be included in this.

If we wanted black holes, we'd probably just use large suns with 0 visibility and no graphic, and give them interference and a lot of damage. But that would also be something that would have to be considered for the next universe after the upcoming one as far as I am aware. But I will pass on the idea to the other developers :wink:

The warping you into another galaxy seems alot cooler
