The Outposts (Big Green, Icepick, Vazaha, Mzungu, Faranji and Bule) spawn in at the new universe, and there isn't really a time frame. They are around until they are all destroyed by players :)

And the fact that one instantly respawn after the first one is killed, is a bug. This affects most drones that have a spawn time :) I'm not sure if this issue is fixed, but I can promise you that it isn't meant to be this way, so don't expect it to be around for too long :wink:


From what I've observed, they actually spawn ~3 on top of each other, instead of instantly respawning like most AI pillboxes in the game at the moment from a bug.
