Updated the known bug list. I managed to find the issue with the scaling on multiparts ships (bulk, massif, df etc) and im making progress on the ships not appearing where they should.
Those 2 are caused by the way the nodes interconnect and by fixing them ill likely end up fixing the projectiles and the juxta one at the same time. Since the rendering position is one of the biggest bug, as soon as its fixed ill make a beta update with it. _________________ One of the first and proud flight controller. Can you just revert this until you fix the issues.

new beta update is now out. Fixing the missing ships, some corruption and the ship shaking.

*update*
All issues appear to be fixed except for the buffer corruption causing weird random lines. Should be somewhat rare tho. _________________ One of the first and proud flight controller. Visit our website: http://www.ef-team.com |

new version is finally out. It took some time due to the nature of the bug, but it should be much better than live now =D.

Are you aware that the radar screen looks weird compared to the live client?

SO is this the reason i cannot get it to log in? Do i need to DL the client again or just run the patcher, cuase the patcher is not patching.

thats only for the beta client. Live client (the one from the standard download page) is separated from it and does not require any patch until a live patch is done.
So unless you are using the beta client (in which case, on the login screen in the bottom right youll see "Beta Version: xxxx") then no, this is unrelated to your problem. But if you hop on irc and /msg Jey i can try to work out the issue with you. (you can find a browser based irc client in our community menu) _________________ One of the first and proud flight controller. Visit our website: http://www.ef-team.com |
