Have the devs gone over every single mod to make sure they are functioning properly? Or as strong as they need to be?

For those wondering/want to know what will be the next crit chance I made a spreadsheet where you can calculate what chance you crit at after the next patch (reset) when the it gets fixed.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Cc00hRdMW1Dg_7DI_9o7jRdhrHXe6W5cjzTfJus3rwo/edit#gid=0 I hope I got it right (else I blame BD). On another note. The ship details window seems to be wrong. with weapon A. I get 19353 DPS without crits. With crits I get 23998 DPS, 0 crit daamge bonus, 16% crit% bonus Shouldn't it be: 19353 * (1+(0.16*0.5)) = 20901 DPS? _________________ Valkyrie300 wrote: You need to thoroughly think before sprouting exaggerated statements |

Wait, is that seriously how they are applying the debuff? It adds with augs first… total fail devs.

Interesting. But if the BG has zero dmg aug bonus, it will take the full -36%?
Also devs: Are you sure you didnt nerf the regular AI ships too? Since my Armada scans on ai MFBG reveals they also have the nerf capacitor even when not captured. |

Yeah, but what do you think the chances are that a BG with what, 7 augs, will spawn with no damage augmods? _________________ Hi, I'm Anil, a long-time player turned developer. Yeah, but what do you think the chances are that a BG with what, 7 augs, will spawn with no damage augmods? Oh,, well that seems within what they were aiming for then. Having captured probably hundreds in my lifetime, id say more than half have zero damage augs. I'll actually have to blast through two or three MF BG levels in dungeons to even find one with a damage aug sometimes. And the ones that do usually have one minor or basic damage is all. Maybe one out of 10 I capture will have two or more dmg augs or something stronger than basic dmg. Seems like on average if you were to randomly cap 5, the average nerf would be around the -30% they were aiming for. |

Will come down to knowledge then, the novice will suffer and those in the know about how base mods (don't) work will spend a bit of extra time to get round it.
