Like this?
I notice it mostly when I sit on top of a sun and allow it to damage me, it goes off and on as the damage comes and goes.

They seem to come and go randomly, at least at high graphics settings. Seems that they all come and go at the same time, like the glow around the sun and around energy bullets. Seems to happening in all galaxies I go to. All suns and glowy things just pop in and out. |
