You change the engine mount for the Rosburt index in Default/game_data/ships.xml, once it's in the right place, post it here and I'll get it changed.

Others look horrible and make the code look shoddy. The solution is to tell the customer to fix it. Would be unacceptable under any real business. |

We're playing an indie game.

Yes, an Indie game that has started earlier, has more developers, better graphics, had a bigger starting cash amount...
...Than games like Vendetta Online. If we have all these advantages, why do they have TV Commercials and we struggle to even get a Youtude trailer. |

If I teach players to fix it, they firstly, learn to do it the next time, and secondly, learn/get insight to how the client and client skinning works.
The first point means, if a player was to come across it again, they could change it, send the fix and it could be done straight away. The second point just means they might learn something new. Of course, if you're not bothered I'll get around to it at some point... _________________ "What you mean you killed him cha cha cha?!" Support |

The game needs different data sets for the OS ships.
I tried correcting the engine exhaust for the OS Rosburst and it likes -65.0 BUT the regular Rosburst likes -30.0. OR There needs to be a different <enginemounts> data set(s) for OS & Micro ships. ------------------------------- Also I played with the Pax Christ... xml data set was missing some elements BUT didn't make any difference. Changed out the whole data set using the Astro and the engine is still in front... there is a BUG in the handler code for this data set. Tried different glow maps nada. Nothing I did would move the engine to the back of the ship and turn the engine glow around. |

Pax ships are on my todo list for a complete remake once I get the new models and texmaps.
Otherwise, I'd suggest finding a middle ground they both like, or I can change the index for the OS version. _________________ "What you mean you killed him cha cha cha?!" Support |

They need two different enginemounts data sets. |

I'd really like it if the names matched the ships in the XML.
