AI ships in "limbo" that can't be targeted but still shoot A$$ off.

AI ships that are not visible UNTIL targeted ... you only know they're there by their beams and bullets.

Probably two different buggies but still annoying.

An AI ship is frozen in most gals just to the left of the gal center. Ship will go away after about 10 sec and it or another ship will reaper. This ship can't be targeted but still fires at player's ships and bases.

----------------
AI ships in all types of gals are not all visible until targeted. The only way to target them is to click where they're firing from. These ships do not appear to be cloaked, no cloak fuzzy, the ship is simply not being drawn. Even the Green and Ice AI bases were not being drawn until targeted. once targeted they were visible for all alts.

------------------------
These could be an extreme effect of using Jey's lag killer to the Nth degree... getting rid of all of the artsy graphics I can ... they annoy me to no end.

What you describe is exactly what happens when you turn lagkiller up too high.
