Yea I've had this a few times. Usually it's a vertical split though. Calling The Vert! |

I assume you were stationary for a while and then started moving at a decent speed? I think the game only has the dense background stars on the area you can see at the time. After a few seconds did the rest of the background fill in with stars? |

Greetings... I get this too only instead of it being half and half up and down, mine is half and half sideways with the blank portion always on the right side. Movement doesn't seem to be a part of it - it kind of slowly creeps over to about half screen. I thought maybe it was a heat thing with my computer a it just started happening recently... |
