Singularity brake broke
Intermittant bug
Singularity brake uses the energy, makes the sound but does not translocate. No error message is generated.
Relogging seems to help
It was working fine b4 the last patch 29 Nov (GMT +12)

Re: Singularity brake broke
i can get it to work on jumping to some objects, ie ships, but some things, ie warps, it never works. is repeatably observable, if it won't jump once it won't jump at all for me >>TO THAT PARTICULAR OBJECT.

Re: Singularity brake broke
What do you mean by that goett? Like, that it will never jump within distance to warp? Because I hate that part. Certain jumps, from galaxy X to galaxy Y, will always result in me not being able to warp to galaxy Y because the jump simply puts me just 1 or 2 distance away from the required jump distance to warp into galaxy Y. And that is annoying, because it does that 100% of the time to that particular warp, and some others have 100% chance of a successful jump.
Admins call it a feature, I think it is strange that it is set to some jumps only, and not random.

Re: Singularity brake broke
Thermal, the bug I was reporting is that the SB fails to jump at all.
Goett is correct, once it fails once it never works until u relog.

Re: Singularity brake broke
My gallows robber (lol) did the same. Used elec, and freaking 10 minute wait, for nothing. No jump, no failure, just nothing

Re: Singularity brake broke
My problem is with the Singularity Brake. It seems to have a failure rat of about 30%+ and once it fails it keeps failing at 100% until I relog then it's ok for another 3-4 jumps.
