Thank you for your report
I've managed to reproduce the bugs and I also found a few more issues with the mission tracker. They have all been added to our bug tracker.

I have found that clicking on a tracked mission to open up your mission log has some wierd issues, sometimes i have to click the tracker twice to get the right mission to be selected. Also sometiems i have to click deactivate mission twice to deactivate. |
