Confirmed and added to our bug tracker. A small tip is that you can just click the TSL tab again instead of clicking another tab, and then it will work just fine again I will let our TSL creator know of this issue

If you log off of a character docked in a base with the TSL tab open, and log into another character (might have to be on the same account) and the TSL tab is still open, I am unable to interact with the items in it until I change tabs then switch back to the TSL tab. |
