I think Calypso said something about this, that it is intended to point to slot #1 since that is the preset slot for the Shield Salvation Device, but I can see about getting some more information out of him on this matter

The mission has you use the Shield Salvation Device from your Zebu, but if you switch the hotkey before the mission, the mission pointer still points to slot 1 (Which no longer contains the SSD). |
