Trying to equip an attached base with a nuclear waste collector gives error "Invalid equip number". Happens even if all other factory type items are unequipped and also happens on other bases.

That means there are no nuclear waste sources on the planet or moon that the base is attached to.

Ahh ok. I haven't seen anything to ell me that. I assumed it meant nuclear waste created by the bases power source.

They should definitely improve that particular error message. FYI: factory-type items such as Metal Drill, Harvester, Tree Cutter, and Silicon Extractor work the same way as well. Use a planetscanner to detect whether these items can be equipped on bases attached to that solar body.

Yeah I figured out the rest of them. They are pretty obvious but when you are making nuclear waste constantly, it's easy to think that's what the nuclear waste collector is for.
