(sorry for late response, computer hasn't been working) So, firstly, have your map open. Right click somewhere in the galaxy you want to AP to. Then before you reach this point doubleclick on another galaxy on the map to AP there. The AP to the other galaxy will take place but the original marker for the Right-Click/V Ap will still remain.
