Player bases no longer have a permisions list for team, they are back to the old anyone, team, user setings, however even councilor+ often can't dock at bases set to "team" it either displays the player not high enough rank to dock at this station, OR, only the use may dock at this station. When set to own it always displays the not high enough rank to dock at this station. anyone seems to befine, however once it is set to team or own it can not be set back to anyone.
