I found quite alot of bugs in making bases,
first of all after re docking a few times i DC
Toss some, Toss,Transfere, Transfere some commands dont work in some cases
HQ dont give map
Trade slaves cant be programed to dock
transfere cred to/from base is broken
puting slaves on guard location can cause them not to attack enemys there
cant give construction etc premisions
cant see the number of items constructed
if u dock at a base at speed radar will continue in the direction and speed u moved
u see all base BP's on all bases
base energy and shield still jumps 1400-1520-1640 etc
bases cant be attacked whit non beam weps
bases dont grow whit more space in em
HQ aura dont aply to drones
last contruction will always be on the construction page of all bases
cant see when a construction is finished
if u go onto construction page will something being made it goes down whit 1 49-48 75-74 etc
These are all i can remember atm

I gonna bump this since it's very annoying while building bases. The bugs are still here.
