Why does this happen.
http://puu.sh/7U2e (image link) http://puu.sh/7U2h (image link) It was at 6:49, then a few seconds later it jumped to 7:15 and started to climb back upward in the right direction. It has a 5 minute cooldown normally. Really would been nice to have it go off when I needed it rather than be told I have to wait longer than the normal cooldown, even after it had been 5 minutes. _________________ 2nd place is just another way to say 1st loser. |

This happens if you are draining more elec than your energy can support; it seems that equipped items (including special secondaries) have lowest priority for energy and end up decharging to support your other energy sinks.

If this is true, its retarded. Using the Witch's Broomstick uses zero of my energy, when it says the charge required is 5,000. This leads me to believe its using its own arbitrary charging system (otherwise noted as a cooldown), rather than my own real energy. _________________ 2nd place is just another way to say 1st loser. |

Yeah, many items charge up now. Broomstick just drains at a rate slower than your elec regen, most likely.

Wait so we can drain out infinite elec from items? Like an infinite energybank?

confirmed that using SSS's that drain large amounts of elec can actually let you fire heavier weapons for much much much longer periods of time. the Tsunami device and the Iron Curtain both can provide enough of an elec bonus to fire zebra hoove torpedo's indefinitely.

This doesn't spark me as the reason pos is bugged. If it was then why haven't we noticed it far earlier when the oly ubers started using inbuilts? This seems to be only a recent change.
