Post Crash Dump?
I have no idea what this means... But whenever I attempt to open C2 the client crashes and a window pops up called 'Crash Dump', it says 'Star Sonata has crashed and cannot recover. Please help us improve the software by sending the crash dump file to dmpfile@starsonata.com. Show this file in Explorer now?' With the options of Yes/No. I have done so. Any ideas on how to get this thing to work?

In your SS folder three should be an exe called pathcbot run that and see if it lets you load up the game.
