 Bugs and more Bugs: EmpEmp firing 10x normal rate and then crashed in the middle of it=not a good time in SS. Chalk yet another one up for the FAIL of the transition to SS2.

His DPS is somehow not increased (at least, not as much as it would be if his DPH had stayed the same).
