Post Resilient skill
I'm not 100% positive, but all tests I perform indicate that the skill is doing the exact opposite of what it's supposed to do. I take 50ish % MORE damage for 1 second.

Edit: Either that, or I take normal damage for 1 second, and then get a resist buff for 29 seconds. Either way, it doesn't seem right when I test it.

Edit again: The more I test it, the more confused I get.
Sniper vs Seer - the first hit on seer does 8k damage, then it goes down to 4k as I keep firing. (non critical hits) If I stop firing for a few seconds, I get the 8k hits again. If I only tap space bar now and then, I get 8k hits. As soon as I start firing continously, it goes down to 4k hits. These are all non-crit hits, and no analyser equipped. I tested shooting with same sniper on a different char of mine, and I don't see this pattern.

Maybe there's something else at work that I can't figure out what, but it definately seems strange to me. If it is in fact the Resilient skill that's doing this, then either it's way too bad or way too good, depending on if 4k or 8k is what I'd normally hit my seer with.

I'll take a look at this skill and see if I can replicate and fix any of these issues.

Had the chance to take a look at this, so it's not just me seeing weird numbers?

Tried it again, and I still do more damage on the initial blow than I do in the subsequent hits if I keep space bar pressed down. If I stop for a second, and fire again, the higher damage comes again. If I just tap space bar now and then, I get the higher damage hits.

This is still bugged.

I use my sniper to shoot on my seer. Initial shot does 8078 damage. Subsequent shots do 4973 if I keep space bar down to continue firing. If I only tap space every few seconds, then every shot does 8078 damage.

When testing this on my other characters, (using same sniper, in same galaxy) that don't have Resilient skill, this doesn't happen. If I use different ships on the seer, I get the same pattern, so it's not one particular ship that's affected.

So from my analysis - the 30 seconds thing from the Resilient skill is irrelevant, it's more like 1 second. Either it reduces damage on ALL shots but the first one, or it increases damage taken on first shot.
