They blow up even when you kill them using a radiation damage weapon so they're basically non-capturable.

Thanks, this is definitely not intended. Perm drones should be able to be captured.

On investigation it seems perm drones are being treated like temp drones for radiation deaths -- so they try to enter destroyed mode -- but since perm drones can't enter destroyed mode they just die. I've fixed it so they'll be treated properly on radiation death and should just go unowned so they'll be capturable.
