 Droney and Computer EngineerI decided to rewrite this a bit more cordially and i apologize to the bug devs for my rude remarks.
I have an issue with my Computer Engineer subskill. Seems that my transference splash is not working. The devs that fix bugs are not the same devs that made the skin system. So either grow the fuck up or just be patient like the rest of us. Re: Droney and Computer Engineer Which character are you having the issue with Droney on? It's probably a leftover mission marker on your character that needs deleted.
As for the issue w/ Splashing in protected space, that is working as intended to make sure you don't accidentally aggro the police. It should be working everywhere else just fine.
