So, i played with my main character (MiniDestroyer) when this hardware failure happened. and when this finally got fixed, i didnt have my main character anymore.

Same here , I was on my alt DarkSpirit when the server went down ,, now that alt isnt on the logon screen,, instead I was offered to make a new alt ,,
I want my storage alt back ,,, and ticket is sent in ..

Hey guys As informed in game, we're now doing a server restart and an automated restore of all the missing characters. The characters are in the database, so the only issue was that they weren't linked properly with the server This will hopefully be fixed when the server is up again!

All the missing characters appear on our first check, so the server is restarting now

Wow, that coulda gone badly

All the character information was safe, it was just a missing link that we had to either manually update or automatically update So the characters were there all along, they just weren't there like you guys are used to!

On a related note, gg server once again?

It is loading again now It was related to one of our two special issues with characters that had some extra risk of issues after we did the automatic restore
