Subspace Aveksaka AI far too strong + No warps

The level 700 Subspace Aveksaka AI directly off of Paxian Front are ridiculously strong. Like IMPOSSIBLY strong, you can't beat one of them as a single player.

I like that they are strong, but they are level 700.

I'm going to go through the Pajca arm, will update with whether or not they are too strong too.

Also, there are no warps off of Allied Staging Sector/Strike Force Zeta/Blue Photon Subspace Facility that go deeper into the respective arms. This is a problem...
