When doing the tidepool in a squad extra signets appear in the end, one per squad member I believe. The extra signets cause a problem later when starting the Herophilus rescue mission again, because you already have a signet you can immediately complete the mission (can't even avoid it if you have auto-complete on) and thus only get 1 shard dust.
