Slaves set to guard location have been coming along on the trip. I thought it was just a one off affecting me but I'm hearing it's happened to a few other people too.

Not sure how to faithfully reproduce, when it happened to me I'd quickly sent all slaves to guard a location then transwarped. They came along and guarded the position roughly the distance away from me I'd told them to wait in the galaxy I'd just left.

Yes please. Has happened to me too. Very annoying. The distance can be significant.

Ok, seems to be reliably reproducible:

1. Set slaves to guard location
2. Transwarp

This is the same thing as having a squad member sit afk and you transwarp him to somewhere on accident. Your transwarp takes your possessions with you, it doesn't check to see if they are guarding.

Previously only warped slaves if they were follow me + in range of warp. I'll see if I can reproduce this outside of warp bubble but I didn't see any memo about them following when set to guard.

Edit: don't seem to follow outside warp bubble graphic radius.

So it's working as intended, your slaves/squadmates won't come unless in the warp bubble's radius?

I would test this without the FC one, as I'm not sure what the radius is on that.

Maybe? I try to keep up on devnotes but if this was an announced / intended change in behaviour then that one slipped past me.

Non fc-radius is little smaller, i'll get back to you when I"ve had a chance to test it.
