Little update:
Got one to bug out on me without a server crash. Someone else's stopped approximately the same time.

Transferred it to an alt on a separate account that had never used a vacuum scoop and it was still bugged. Sold it through a userbase on a 3rd character and it's still bugged.

Yep, same here, RPW, all the vacuum scoops i have tried(Micro and Maxi) push things away from my ship if i hold the button down.
